1. Seller onboarding
- Seller accounts may require approval before they can accept live orders.
- Sellers must provide accurate account, payout, and tax-related information.
- Zagrin may request additional verification where needed for compliance or fraud prevention.
2. Listing quality and catalog standards
- Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Product images and descriptions must reflect the actual item or service sold.
- Sellers are responsible for stock accuracy, delivery format, and any usage restrictions.
3. Fulfillment and customer support
- Sellers are expected to ship or deliver paid orders promptly.
- Tracking details should be added whenever available.
- Sellers must respond to delivery, refund, and product-quality issues in a timely and professional way.
4. Prohibited products and conduct
Sellers may not list unlawful goods, counterfeit goods, unsafe items, abusive content, or products that violate payment-provider, marketplace, or shipping restrictions.
5. Fees, payouts, and reversals
Marketplace fees, Stripe-connected payouts, refund reversals, and seller earnings reporting may apply to orders fulfilled through Zagrin.
6. Enforcement
Zagrin may remove listings, freeze payouts where legally necessary, or suspend seller access if policy, safety, fraud, or compliance concerns arise.
